Texas Law Expunction Project

The Texas Law Expunction Project determines eligibility and prepares paperwork to be filed in court to expunge or seal criminal records for people who cannot afford to hire an attorney.  If you are interested in this service, please complete this survey.

Sending us your information does not guarantee that the Expunction Project will be able to assist you. Intake sessions are currently held each September and February.  Response times between intakes will be slow.
